Currency

Currency is charged in either CAD or USD, depending on the purchaser’s location, plus any applicable taxes as required by Canadian law. We’re sorry, but orders purchased with the incorrect currency cannot be processed.

Prices

Our prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping

We prepare items for shipping within 2 business days of receiving the order. We use 3rd party shipping carriers and cannot guarantee a time of delivery based on destination location and other variables. Please plan ahead and estimate 14 days for shipping. Duty, if applicable, is the purchaser’s responsibility. Please ensure the proper shipping address is listed at the time of order to avoid any delays.

Coupon Codes

Coupon codes are limited to one use per customer, per session. Coupon codes do expire and we reserve the right to cancel coupon codes at any time. Coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.

Returns and Refunds - Products

Please review your order prior to purchase, as all sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds.

Withdrawals - Virtual Courses

We understand that you may need withdrawal from a course due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case you may: Restart the same course from the beginning in another session of the same class within 365 days of registration if the withdrawal is prior to the 3rd class.

We’re sorry, but we cannot offer refunds for withdrawals.

Virtual Course Cancellations

Occasionally, we may need to cancel a virtual course due to low enrolment or other unforeseen circumstances. If this happens you will be notified by email as soon as we are able to determine the cancellation. If a cancellation occurs, we will offer you:

1. A deferral for a spot in the same course in the next scheduled session, or;
2. A refund, or;
3. A credit towards another session currently being offered.

Licensed Trainer Purchases

Purchases in the Licensed Trainer’s Resource Area are authorized for Licensed Trainer’s only and are bound by the Licensed Trainer’s Agreement. Orders purchased from the Licensed Trainers Resource area that are not purchased through Licensed Trainers cannot be processed. Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns on box orders.
